    condamine gorge

    went for a day trip today,
    Boonah,queen mary falls and Condamine gorge to finish off.
    all tracks and roads in good nick with only a little bit of water in the crossings.

    Nice one. I always enjoy the condamine rd. the wife wants the next trip to be queen Mary falls camping. Be next month I would say

    We have never been there, but it looks like a place we would enjoy.
    What is the camping like around there?

    Some nice pictures there mate.

    There isnt any camping along this particular track, however there is camping in Koreelah National Park. Dagg falls is also lovely to look at.

    Or at queen Mary falls.
    The condamine rd traverses private property for most of it and the farmers don't enjoy people camping on there land.

    a day trip is what most people do,i left home at 8.30 - 9.00 ish .stopped and had morning tea at queen mary falls, then cruised along the Condamine rd and pulled up for a bbq at one of the croosing before continuing home.
    got back at about 4pm.

    We have done a night run also, dinner at Killarney pub, and home via condamine. Good for something different.
